Disgrace!!!

A warning to all those out there who think they're getting a good deal. It's true what they say, 'you get what you pay for'. Like many i looked around and got a cheap deal with Aim insurance, everything was fine for 3 yrs until i got a better quote and took my business elsewhere. I have been treated appallingly since and they have tried to charge me for cancelling my policy despite following procedures, phoning and emailing within the deadlines. They now say they don't have records of my correspondence. It is now up to me to pay to get my phone records to prove my case or pay up. Disgusting customer service throughout.

Excellent Price & Easy to Use Website
